Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Baldwins of Malvern (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use baldwinsofmalvern.co.uk, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

Baldwins of Malvern provides bathroom and kitchen renovation, boiler and heating services across Malvern, Worcestershire and the surrounding area. You can contact us about this policy at info@baldwinsofmalvern.co.uk or on 07810 650826.

What information we collect

Enquiry forms. When you send us a message through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode (if given), the service you are interested in and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes and arrange work. This information is stored securely on our website and emailed to us.

Calls and emails. If you contact us directly we keep the details needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to carry out and keep records of the work.

Website usage. With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device type, approximate location). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Why we use your information

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to keep in touch.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies are needed for the site to work and for spam protection on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager) are only set if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share information with

We only share your details with service providers who help us run the website and the business, such as our website hosting and email delivery providers, Google (analytics) and Cloudflare (spam protection). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed to honour guarantees and meet legal and accounting requirements (normally six years).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@baldwinsofmalvern.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
